Step 1 ( Sourcing Raw Materials ) :- Farmers collect naturally fallen areca leaves, and our team carefully handpicks only the best quality ones. Our production process begins with selecting top quality leaves with utmost care, ensuring that no leaf has fungus or mold.

Step 2 ( Cleaning & Sorting ) :- Upon arrival, the sheaths are thoroughly washed using fresh water through pressure washing. They are soaked and pressure-washed to make them pliable, preventing cracks during molding and improving strength.

Step 3 ( Heat Press Formation ) :- Using hydraulic molds and controlled heat, the softened leaves are shaped into plates and bowls. This heat pressing method gives strength, stiffness, and leak resistance without any chemical or synthetic coating.

Step 4 ( Edge Trimming & Finishing ) :- Edges are trimmed to ensure smooth, clean finishes with no sharp edges, and the surfaces are cleaned with micro fiber cloth to ensure that every product is dust free.

Step 5 ( UV Sterilization for Hygiene ) :- Every plate and bowl undergoes UV sterilization to eliminate pathogens. This guarantees that our microwave safe areca leaf plates and compostable palm leaf bowls that are microwave safe.

Step 6 ( Quality Control & Packaging ) :- Each product is inspected for size, shape, leak-proof performance, and durability. Defective products are removed. Plates and bowls are then stacked and packed using eco-friendly packaging.

Step 7 ( Recycle )  :- Leftover sheaths and trimmings are repurposed as compost or used as cattle feed, rich in minerals like calcium, copper, and sulfur. This ensures we follow a zero-waste philosophy.
