At Sri Agro Foods & Products, we are committed to delivering our Premium Areca Leaf Tableware Products to your doorstep in the best condition. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or text if there is a significant delay in your shipment.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer two main shipping options. Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

3. Shipping Charges (Volumetric Pricing)
To ensure the safety and integrity of our food products, shipping charges are not flat rates. Shipping costs are calculated based on the volumetric weight (the size and dimensions of the package) as determined by our shipping partners.
- The final shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed at the Checkout page before you complete your purchase.
- Volumetric charges help us ensure that bulky but light items are packaged securely without compromising quality.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically be active within 24 hours.
5. Delivery Areas
We currently ship Worldwide. If you are located in a remote area, please allow additional time for delivery.
6. Damages & Handling
Sri Agro Foods & Products takes great care in packaging. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Photographic evidence of the damage is required for us to assist with a replacement or refund.
